Open a Zoho CRM account
Making a Zoho CRM account is the first step in learning about its features. Create your login credentials from the “Get Started” page on the Zoho website. These credentials should include your name, email address, and password. Additionally, you can register using your Google or LinkedIn accounts.
You’ll be directed to the welcome screen after your account is created and verified with a confirmation email. Administrator Individual Preferences

Click “New Pipeline” on the Setup Customization Pipelines page.

You can also provide the likelihood of stage conversions for later use in sales forecasting. When everything is ready, click Done to make the pipeline available to anybody with access to your deal module.
You can create and store email, purchase orders, invoices, quote, and mail merge templates with Zoho CRM. Create a Custom Home Page
